3. Watts Currency System

3.1 What Are Watts?

Watts are our proprietary credit system used to purchase services from Lightest Night. One Watt represents a unit of service value.

3.2 Purchasing Watts

  • Watts can be purchased through our website in packages
  • All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Watts are non-refundable once purchased
  • Watts do not expire but remain valid for your account

3.3 Using Watts

  • Watts are deducted from your account when services are delivered
  • You'll receive clear communication about Watts required for each service
  • Unused Watts remain in your account for future services

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • Pay As You Go packages: 1,000 Watts (£36), 5,000 Watts (£150), 15,000 Watts (£425)
  • Monthly and Enterprise pricing available upon request
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

4.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed at the time of Watts purchase
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • You're responsible for any bank or payment processing fees

4.3 Project-Based Work

  • Custom projects are quoted separately
  • Deposits may be required for larger projects
  • Payment schedules will be agreed in writing before work commences

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Supply necessary content, materials, and access
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide

  • Unused Watts remain in your account

11. Warranties & Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards.

11.2 Limitations

We cannot guarantee:

  • Specific business results or outcomes
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Compatibility with all third-party systems
  • Future-proof solutions (technology evolves)

11.3 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusions

We're not liable for:
